If It's Hip, It's Here: Wearing The Hair Of The Dog. Portraits Of People In Clothes Made From Their Pets' Fur.

Sometimes there are things you can do, but perhaps you shouldn't!
I know people make clothes from their pet's fur... but after checking out a few of these, I can't say the garments do a lot for the image of the owners!

I have heard if you are going to do it, only use 25% dog fur as any more can be too hot. Of course, this might not be true if you live in Alaska or similar.

Angus - if you feel the need to make something out of Wilf's hair - you will model it for us won't you :) Probably impossible to imagine in your current French 45C temperatures, but perhaps when the snow returns the font could run you up a fetching little cardy! 1. Believe it or not we once saw someone selling socks made from PON hair at a dog show in Edinburgh. Could you imagine anyhting more uncomfortable? It makes me itch just to think about it.

  2. I used to save my Old English Sheepdog Digby's fur for weaving years ago...love your sweater, it looks quite dashing!
