Classical Sparks in Hagley Park ... Celebrating our anniversary :)

Great to see thousands here enjoying themselves again. The park is uneven and there are sandy areas of old liquefaction but here's to a good night and spectacular fireworks with the music from the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. :)

  1. Hope you have a good night. We'll be watching for the fireworks from home.

  2. Not easy to top that combination - classical music and fireworks, is it? :-)

  3. I hope that it's warmer there than it is here but it looks pretty chilly. It is good, though, to see some gradual returns to the old normality however small the increment.

  9. Was great Marja - although the gridlocked traffic after took a while - we listened to the first CD of Phantom of the Opera just waiting to leave the park! Got some great fireworks pix - was spectacular.

Here is a write up from another blogger :)
